Transitioning Career Paths in Plant Breeding

I am a student of agriculture now I am going to select plant breeding genetics department it's my Right decision

I recently graduated from a B.S in Agronomy and seriously trying to find a job as a plant breeding assistant. Although I have more than a year of farm experience, capable of using statistical software (InfoSTAT, knowledge in SAS and R), and I'm fully bilingual (Spanish and English), I still struggle to find a job opportunity. Would it be possible if someone here could verify my resume and give me some constructive criticism?
