Is there a way to send drafts to non-attorney support? For example, to clients or for foreign attorneys to send to US attorneys? TYIA

Thanks for the questions. At this time, draft sharing is only available between attorneys and their sponsored support staff. You can learn more in the "Sponsoring legal support staff" section of the "Identity verification for trademark filers" webpage: www.uspto.gov/trademarks/apply/identity-verification#sponsorship We're working on developing additional sharing capabilities for attorneys, but at this time the best way to allow clients and other attorneys you work with to review the application is by downloading a PDF of the draft you've created. You can find the blue "Download application preview" button on the "Declaration and signature" page of the application.
