Hi can you please tell me what will happen if in this one to one relationship .. with no mandatory requirements such as department must be managed by employee.. Department(Table) ----> Manages (relationship) ----> Employees (Table) ... please let me know

Manages(managerId,employeeId,departmentId) table is providing a one to many with the constraint that the manager can only manage one department and has many employees.
