@TheAshuar I done a static dropped extended cab silverado truck a few months ago....but I did order parts for a customer today to bag an extended cab round body s10....should be a build series coming up in the next month or so

Looking at that tire wear, it looks like either mainly camber with a bit of toe being out at whatever height he rides at OR possibly something rubbing on that sidewall to make that groove. I've done alignments for 20 years, so that just an educated guess. If he feels froggy and wants to take a trip to St. Augustine, I can take a look at it for him.
