*Effects*
The EGCG, an antioxidant found in green tea, may help to increase fat oxidation from anywhere from 7% to 33%.
The 5-HTP has links with increasing serotonin, which may help to increase the satiety you get from food, thereby affecting appetite.
Caffeine and cayenne pepper have also been linked with increased fat oxidation and thermogenesis, though it's possible you can become tolerant to the effects.
Synephrine and white willow combined may help you to burn an extra 170 calories, according to limited research.
Note that the fat oxidation probably won't make a big difference to your physique unless you're already very lean, and the thermogenesis is only useful if you're controlling your calories. If you're doing the work, though, it's possible this product can give you a boost.

I have it im on a diet and exircece every day i love 2 kg everyweek i tried not taking it and lost the same Amount so idk if it works tbh
