Supposedly the Voith DIWA 6 transmissions have an engine Start-Stop feature, but I don't believe I've seen it in use on these B8's, is it just not used or turned off on these Volvo units?

I think Start-Stop feature is on engines coupled with Voith DIWA 6 NXT gearbox.

I’ve hopped on the B8RLE with voith transmission. Are the D864.6 Voiths commonly on the B7RLE buses?
