bridges seemed kinda low considering there would be cargo ships going under them

If u want an "static ship" u can use an line u made for test and than go into the small layer of the ship. U can stop the vehicle via the power button inside that layer. It will stop and cost money. U can unsign the ship from the line afterwards and than leave it there. Deco !!!
