You don't have to remember the National Waterways. Regarding ports, you should know one eastern port, one western port and one river port. Eastern Ports: Chennai, Vishakapatnam, Paradip. Western Ports: Mumbai, Kochi, Mangalore. River Port: Kolkata.

Can I ignore everything else and only study this or will they ask questions from the other areas?

This is only for CBSE

Other than North-East Delhi, all the important examinations of CBSE Class 10 Boards have already been conducted all over India. Only a few subjects were remaining that is why rest of the CBSE Class 10 Board Exams have been cancelled for all over India. Only in North-East Delhi, remaining Class 10 CBSE board exams will be conducted. Other than that, CBSE class 12 Board Exams will be conducted all over India. And as per the latest notice of CISCE, both ICSE and ISC boards will be conducted. As soon as any news comes in, we will let you guys know.
