Transport stroke patient to hospital emergency！

9:17 in my opinion, they should make this road as a two-way where traffic can travel in each direction for easier access to and from Beijing Chaoyang hospital. I feel that two lanes with only one direction in traffic makes it harder to get there not to mention the possibility of having a head-on collision with any oncoming vehicle in either lane.

Again big traffic jam same every big city! 🙄 Here in Bangkok city it is same. Do you drive ambulance vehicle only from this hospital? I remember the short-cut into this wrong-way street.

Which hospital to transport the patient to depends on which is the nearest hospital. and when there is no emergency case, which hospital the patient wants to go
