I was born with TGA in 1984 and went through a surgery in january 1985. But the arterial switch couldnt be performed by some reason. So the Senning procedure was done. I had an idea about how my heart worked when I was born, but this video made me understand quite better :) Thank you!

My first son died from this defect the day after his birth after surgery; 6mos later, I heard of an intrauterine surgery performed on a baby girl before birth, & survived...

I have this. Sorry to hear about your son. I am 41 years old. I don't know if your religious, if not, I hope you don't get offended, but i know your son is in a better place! I'm sure he is happy and doing ok!
