One of my favorite hidden details is when Optimus fights Megatron, Megatron actually fires his gun before having his spine ripped out. Not only is that cool but the funny part is that he misses...and if that wasn't enough his gun was a shotgun, the whole point of a shotgun is that you get close to something, you shoot and its dead. So this adds up to my Megatron having brain damage theory lol

Many of these film mistakes actually have legitimate excuses for happening. One example being the cleaners shop Sam was thrown into. The scene was filmed in two different areas. The second area was specifically made to be destroyed in a few seconds scene, so that's why the bricks are so visible and odd looking, as well as not being 1-1 with the original scene.

That's a misconception and not a mistake. Megatron's leg wheels weren't actually clipping through anything, they were simply behind the stairs leading up to the seat which made them _appear_ to be clipping.

I have studied the forest battle in Revenge of the Fallen in 0.25x as well. It begins in... The Foundation Save: As Sam(S) was about to be dissected by “ze doctor”, Optimus Prime(OP) crashes down from the ceiling, as does Bumblebee(BB), runs from the wall, grabbing his arm cannon to fire at SS, as SS tries to run and gun. S runs away to get out of the fight. OP jumps into the air dodging the gap, and grabbing his second ion cannon, as Megatron(M) jumps on wall and flips to where OP was, but firing and dodging each other’s shots. SS tries to jump OP from behind, but OP whacks SS with his right ion gun, and hits SS three times and a miss, with SS fleeing the scene from the window. OP soon turns around to fire a bullet at M, within that time, M jumps into the bullet’s way, falling back, crashes outside of the foundation, and hits the ground. BB drives away with the Megan and Theory boy, as M gets up, then transforms into his cybertronion tank, and drives off to another pathway. “Sam!” OP shouts as he gets off. S gets into OP, driving into a forest, BB escorts the other two to a safer location. Which leads to… The Forest Battle: As S and OP drive into a forest, M soon catches up to them, misfiring a pulse bullet, then both OP and M transform, with OP holding S while M jumps on OP, having OP drop S into a small patch with trees. “Hide Sam!” OP shouted as he fends off M, punching on his left side of his M’s head, with M charging at OP, crashing into the dirt ground. S tries to catch up, while trying to hide. “Weak!” As OP grabs a tree, and hits him from above. “Puny!” OP shouts as he punches M from the back, the M swings with his arm cannon, but OP dodges under it, and swings back with his right forearm, causing M to fall back. OP switches his right arm into the energon sword, and pierces M in his top left shoulder. “Junkyard coward!” OP yells out as he grabs M by his back, lifting him and smashing him down. “Decepticons!” M called out. Two decepticons were summoned, one being Grindor(G) transforming and crashing into the forest, catching his balance, and grabbing his rotor saw. The other, with being Starscream(SS), flies into the scene, shooting a tree down, transforms, smashes a tree, grabs another tree, breaks it, and pulls it out. “Come here, boy…” SS said, while grabbing his right minigun, and charges at S. As S runs away from SS, in the background, M gets slashed by OP, then M turns around, assisting SS to get S. OP charges from the trees, tackling M down. OP grabs M’s leg, hitting it with his arm, then kicks him with his knee into the trees. SS hovers and fires, attempting to tackle OP, but OP gets the upper hand, grabbing SS by the shoulders, lifting him up, SS tries to shoot him and fight back, but as M gets back up to attack, OP performs a left back-kick, making M to fall back, and lifts SS up, and kicking him on the head, with SS flipping over, and crashes into the ground. Scene flips into BB and Sideswipe driving towards their location(I think). “There’s another source of energon hidden on this planet, the boy can lead us to it.” M said. S hides behind a log, then comes out to run towards the fight. M runs at OP with a hug, and gets slashed by OP. SS flies in, punching OP on the head, G grabs OP’s head, trying to cut him, OP attempts an elbow hit at G’s head, but resisted and cuts his thorax with his rotor saw. G passes OP to SS, grabbing his left arm, and cuts OP with his saw, OP tries to hit SS, but SS swings his saw again back at OP. M swings his arm cannon at his back and grabs OP, and slams him into a group of dead trees. As OP gets up, M turns around to do a right side kick, weakening OP and loses his mouth guard. “Optimus!!” S shouted. OP backs up, getting shot by SS’s minigun and missile launcher, M slams OP, and fires point blank range at OP’s chest, being pushed back very far, rushing and flipping on the dirt, and spits out a piece of debris. “Is the future of our race not worth a single human life?” M questioning OP, “G-get up!” S shouts to OP. “you’ll never stop at one,” OP said, grabbing both of his energon swords, “I’ll take you all on!” OP charges at the three decepticons. S takes cover in the roots of a log, OP stabs SS in the top right shoulder, G attempts to cut OP with his rotor saw, but OP ducked and swings SS, causing SS to slip and misfire and crashes at M, making them both fall, then OP cuts G’s main rotors, grabs and slices G’s right forearm, flying towards M, who’s taking the shot, misfired when G’s arm flew to him. SS stood back up to charge, but OP got the advantage, swung his energon sword to stun SS, then going on his back to turn around, with G firing at them, OP forced SS to fire a missile, flying to G’s main rotor, backing up from the explosion, and OP threw his right energon sword at G’s right leg, stunning him. OP gets a hold on SS’s arms, and headbutts him, falling back. OP runs and stabs M’s left leg, and pulls it, getting a small piece of armor off, stabs again, but on his left thorax, falling down, OP stabs M’s left shoulder, and gets punched then uppercutted by OP, falling all the way back. OP runs at SS, grabs his right arm, and cuts it with his energon sword, and swings and throws the arm at him, ending his scene. OP grabs his energon hooks, grabs G’s head, getting a grip on his eyes, “No prime please…” G begged, then Op tearing his head in half, “Noooooo!” G screamed as his head was ripped in half. OP grabs G’s back to get down, and throws the Decepticon's body down. “Piece of tin can.” Op muttered as he got down. “Sam, where are you?” Injured OP said. M gets behind, grabs his left shoulder, and stabs OP through his chest with his cannon blade. “You're so weak.” M said, as he fired through OP’s chest, causing OP to die, shot near his spark, falling down. “Sam, run, run…” OP advises S as he dies. As S runs away, autobot reinforcement comes, shooting and backing up S, BB picks up S, driving away. SS and M fire back and fly away. This ends the Forest battle.

Fun fact: in dark of the moon, when one of the office workers tries to operate laser beam disguised as a printer, the worker “accidentally” plays the “robots in disguise” theme. Imdietly after, laserbeak transforms.

I'm surprised you didn't notice that during the highway scene the over head sign switches the way it's facing in the scene. When it first falls it's pointing straight up the when the other dread bots drive up it becomes a ramp all of sudden and it's facing the opposite direction. Another cool fact, Megatron's foot is clipping through Abraham Lincoln's chair in the pillars scene in DC.

My Theory on Bumblebee's head being more siiver is something to deal with his transformation meaning is this could help aid him into transforming from robot mode to vehicle mode vice versa much more quicker in a dire situation (Autibots vs Sentenal Prime) also similar occurance in the 07 sector 7 scene.

Depends on whether starscream joins the autobots before are after the first film. If he joins before the first film then there probably wouldn't have been any films as starscream was likely leading the decepticons in megatrons absence. Without starscream leading the effort to revive him, we would be waiting on soundwave to show in rotf to take charge and awaken boss man so rotf would just be the 07 film with a different lineup If screamer joined after the first film, I'm not sure how much difference it would make because he got nerfed big time. Ironhide was scared of him in the first film and he did a lot of damage to the bots but in rotf he's a coward and the only time we see him fighting, he's losing in a 3 on 1 against prime. If starscream had defected, the fight would likely have been a 2 on 2. We know from the extended footage that all 3 cons were giving prime hell so change that to a 2 on 2 and starscream could've dealt with grindor while prime fights megatron. This likely would've resulted in a victory as megatron was losing to optimus before calling for reinforcements since his new form, including his heavy, hard to control lobster claw, severely hampers his ability to fight

I’m not gonna lie, I missed every single one of these. I would *never* have noticed any of these. That’s some nice attention to detail. But one thing I did notice, (not on my own) is in Age of Extinction, in that scene where (I forgot her name) uses a tow truck to pull Optimus’s sword from his chest, you can see the shadow of a Go-Pro when the angle switches to that one dramatic tire view.

To clear up about the 4500X , It's not only Blackout's Registration. Bay used it for pretty much all of the important aircraft / helicopters in the movies. For example also in TLK , at Unicron's horn , there is this small white(I think) Helicopter taking off which also has the same 4500X. 8:48 It may have been a issue that happened when Redering this shot , or simply they chose to remove some textures and parts of BB model so the shot isn't so laggy when animating...people forget how much detail goes into these 3d models and how long it takes to texture them , for example Megatron's TLK model almost took 2 years to texture alone ...that's so much but yet it's worth it since it looks fantastic! Other than that , amazing video Trans! Looking forward to more

A huge one you missed was when Optimus was attacking Sentinel just before the bridge scene. Sentinel gets hit by a rocket and falls to the ground, when he’s getting back up and tranformering you see his shield laying on the ground. And yet… he has it again on the bridge. Also, Optimus’s arm and sentinel “magic teleportimg shield” disappearing off the bridge until after Megatron and Sentinel are dead.

I noticed something too in the wing suit scene when they got attacked by the decepticon ships. It's the small fighters attacking them, but when you see the scene where the fighter shoots down one of the wingsuiters, it's one of the large fighters. The car being dented before the fight is because of the layering. They take 2 shots, one with the car without damage and the other with it destroyed. They edit the shots together and it looks like the robots are destroying the surrounding area.

Doesn’t have to be a video, but I’m curious about what you think of this; In the Bayverse films, it’s said that they didn’t want any Autobots or Decepticons to talk while in vehicle mode, so assuming they can’t talk in vehicle modes, how do any of the Decepticons in the first movie manage to communicate a roll call to each other? (Also, Starscream communicates a lot while in vehicle mode in the second movie, saying to “spring the trap” and that he “found the boy”) This is under the assumption that they can’t actually talk while in vehicle mode, so if that’s incorrect, then disregard this haha. Love the vids! Looking forward to the Arcee one.

i think 'talk' in this case meant use mouths to vocalize cybertronian 'speech' seems more like a modem noise and is likely uneffected

In case you missed it, when Ironhide killed Crankcase, the red car used has a dented boot, whereas in earlier scenes the boot was in perfect condition

There's actually another detail in the movie, where when one of the NEST soldier and the subsequent junk fell out and then shockwave sees them, you can catch a moment with his pupils shrink a bit as he realize there are humans in the building.

That wasn't the only time a camera car got exposed. If you were to look closely in the 07 film when optimus arrives and you see him drifting round the corner you can clearly see the camera car in front of him. And in dark of the moon just as the start of the Mexican stand off scene when the camera points to Dino coming round the corner you can see road closure signs and in the same scene shortly after once sideswipe shot the dreads you can see a camera crane right when the dreads drive straight through the explosion. Also when Sam shouts Iron hide the Camaro is completely stationary (know just so you know I'm a car enthusiast I used to be a transformers fan but not any more because I grew out of it but I do still watch some stuff from time to time to remind myself of those days and what I'm missing)

One thing not mentioned is there are people shown in the red car coweringon the floor of it. They are never shown leaving the vehicle, then ironhide drops the con onto it, kicks it into the building where it then explodes, presumably killing the two humans.

For the lips thing, transformers aka auto bots and decepticons, don’t actually use their mouths to talk, they have an audio box located in their heads which can be seen in a lot of the movies when closing up to the face, and also optimus was transforming out of his protective shield mask, so his lips couldn’t move with the sound.

Awesome vid I always find it fun to see these little details or Easter eggs One of the funny ones imo is when Optimus destroys all the decepticons before killing Shockwave, he uses the clock tower to redirect himself and that makes the clock move Another thing in that scene is that the Sideways model disappears for a single frame after Optimus slams it into the ground lol

I’ve got one more detail about the highway chase scene. When the dreads are tripping over the cars you can see all the car flipping and how the camera is right in front of a blue Toyota. After the reused scene from the island you can see the dreads flipping over more cars. If you look towards the left in that scene you can see the blue Toyota. This also means that the cars being flipped were the same cars that were being tripped over in the first part by the dreads. This means that not only were the island scenes reused, but that scene was used twice almost back to back.

During the skyscraper battle, after the decepticon protoform enters the building and gets distracted, you could see 2 soldiers facing the window after running towards the camera. The protoform would block the rear 2 soldiers, which were still facing the window. Then the next angle, they are in front of the protoform before jumping out the window.

You forgot the part where when Optimus flies down to the ground to take on those Decepticons and to kill Shockwave, you can see that before he goes down, his feet touch the wall of a building of a clock tower and the arrow of the clock changing.
