This is very great and very nicely well done. Jolt is one of my Transformers characters in the Bayverse. I will admit, had it not been for Jolt, Jetfire would not have been able to combine with Optimus Prime in the movie for Transformers: Revenge of The Fallen. Jetfire: "In all my Decepticon life, I never did a thing worth doing until now. Optimus, take my parts, and you will have a power you've never known. Fulfill your destiny." Jetfire then rips out his own Spark core and dies. Jolt and Ratchet come up to Optimus Prime and Jetfire's aid. Ratchet: "Jolt, electrify. Transplant those afterburners." As Ratchet gives those orders to Jolt, Jolt connects his electric whips to Jetfire and Optimus Prime and then uses his electric powers to transplant Jetfire's parts onto Optimus Prime, thereby turning Optimus Prime into a heavily armed flight capable powerhouse.

Jolt is the kind of transformer where if he hadn't been added and was left as concept art, we would probably be like "oh that would have been so cool, the electric whips are awesome!" But because he was in the movie, and he had such a small role most of us are just like "oh yeah, its Jolt. That one guy"

I recently checked jolts status and it says it is unknown-- it could be assumed he is alive. When you covered the video on the jolt I felt really disappointed in his role in the movie. He had so much potential. Consider he and Jetfire had God-like powers. He Really was underrated character. I'm actually shocked he survived throughout the movie.

I have a few weird requests: 1. How did Optimus become a prime when he was just a protoform before scanning his truck in transformers 1, or why is he a protoform if he is declared a prime? 2. In other continuites, primus created transformers,but in bayverse,quintessa claimed she created them,so who actually created the autobots and decepticons?

I think the prime connection is a big stretch for Jolt but he is undeniably important for his role in helping prep prime quickly for battle at the end of rotf. If we want to tie in the comics to it would make sense why Shockwave would want him out of the way in the dotm prequel comics due to his quick ability to manipulate transformer corpses along with ratchet to upgrade other autobots during battle and it would explain why prime had to use a trailer for his flight tech. Without Jolt it is likely ratchet and Que, and possibly ironhide would have to improvise a way for Optimus to carry his flight tech to assemble on his own without assistance.

Yeah I think his whole point was just so Optimus prime could use Jetstream's parts. Then they realised how overpowered he could be. So they removed him. Or they just needed to kill off many autobots for age of extinction. My favourite part is that he wasn't in the system until much later and Galloway thought he was a new recruit.
