Andrew B Security guards aren’t always aloud to get physical like that. Based on their actual job position and required background, some are just supposed to observe and report. Others do have ability to “arrest” with REASONABLE force until police arrive.

People have different personality and could have rage in their minds, stressed life, hangover, hate their job or anything else really.
