my guess is that Josh is not the Butcher, but he is a killer of serial killers, so when he heard the Butcher's gonna be there, he'll race with the police in finding him to kill the Butcher first.

The daughter found out her dad is the butcher so she tipped off the police. That’s how the police knew. That’s the plot twist in the M. Night plot twist.

I have a feeling the butcher killed his wife and he captured the butcher, that’s who we see tied up on his phone, he thought that was the butcher but with this new information he realizes he got the wrong guy and the real butcher is somewhere at the concert now, that’s the twist I think, making us all think he’s the butcher when he’s not
