By the way, what was the expression used to make the form flash on and off? You mention this at the end of the video but don’t show us the expression.

@galefraney It's something Red Giant (& Andrew Kramer for VP too) have done for as long as I can remember. They cover a lot of ground of many topics taught to us for AE plugins and techniques. Let's face it, they tells us pretty much everything they knows and still want us to learn something (copying settings from a tutorial isn't teaching). It's up to you to figure it out and learn something new! ^_^ You can try the autofade expression on the opacity. Maybe? I'm actually leaning towards wiggle or messing with the 3D polarity

Ben Z. I'm pretty sure you can with the latest version. Though I may have that mistaken with a different Trapcode plugin, either; Tao or Mir. Not a 100% on that.
