I get nothing when following these exact steps. Changed lighting, colour, UVs, size, texture, toggles normalize, different .obj models. A similar process works fine when using Form however. Any thoughts?

Hi - i applied Mir and i see white horizontal lines (not the cloudy shape you have) and when i select the heart, i only see a black screen. do you now what i am missing? thank you

Thanks for this! Is there any way at all to create an obscuration layer with Mir, similar to Particular? I want to place objects in my landscape but I lose the 3D effect when panning past a mountain peak because the actual 3D objects in the scene are always visible.. I know it isn't built into the tool, but if there any workarounds on this front I'd love to learn!

I love RG so much, but one thing that annoys me a little is the amount of updates, the thats another $199 to pay. I mean i've paid over 1K in the past few years. Shame they don't do free updates for valued customers.......

HELP: My After Effects says (after choosing an OBJ model): After Effects error: file 'Heart.obj' cannot be imported because it is not a recognized file type. (39 :: 7) How can I change that?

I had the same problem...after researching I found out my graphic card didn't support mir so I bought a laptop that had the proper hardware. I never had any issues with Tao though.

If you already have a camera in your scene, make sure your Mir object's position is inside the camera's field of view. If that doesn't solve it, please contact us at RedGiant.com/support

I don't see the point of all these plugins trying to make after effects into a 3d program. Better to just use software built for it which does much better job

this is for the in-between segments that after effects lacks. These kind of plugins are used a lot to create plans or drafts of a sequence.

Because then you can do everything in After Effects without having to switch between different programs.
