@@burtan2000 0-18 is pointless time. Next is either college or trade or military for 4-8 years. Thus by 30 you did nothing. Skip the math, it basically works out that way. From 30-40 you finally have a life but don't know what the fuck you're doing. 40. Dude you spent 10 years fucking up, the other 30 were nothing. You got another 40 if you don't get cancer or whatever else. Quite literally your life has just started. Go take time to think on how elementary school age years don't matter. Or middle school. Or High school, unless you were LeBron James. Same with college, dude I doubt you knew how to shower. Now think about that times literally most of the population. Unless you're Messi. Or some god tier character. You are not that. Everyone is you. You are nothing at 40. You can live your life. That's why people have midlife crisis. Because they fucking realize they can have a life. It is why they buy a sports car. Or go fuck everything that moves. It is because they woke up. It is really simple. Go think on it. You are not special. Until you realize you are. You are a person of value. You fucking matter. Go do whatever you want. Be happy. Go knock out some push ups. Or jerk off. You can.

Except that would be impossible. Anything changing in the loop breaks the loop. That would include him realizing he's in the loop, let alone him doing any of that stuff. So all these things happening in the movie actually wouldn't be happening, or there wouldn't really exist a loop.

Actually a time loop like this is a great opportunity to learn, research, experience, etc. You can gain a huge advantage by picking up knowledge, skills, making contacts with different people and so on. Once the loop is over, you will be the king of the town!

You shhouldn't drive around a road roller like that on settled asphalt. That must be why all the roads in US are broken up like that. You have to load it to a vehicle with proper wheels and drop to the construction location. What Sri Lanka does is to not issue license plates to those machine making them technically illegal to be driven around like a vehicle.
