One that I reserved for the people I cared about most and thought I’d be denied ever since I came here. Especially after you-know-who dashed my hopes for escape. To elaborate, apparently the reason that woman is so obsessed with me is that we were lovers in my second *ever* reincarnation and she has been pining for “me” ever since. Seriously, from her description of “me” I wouldn’t be surprised if the only thing we had in common was our downright fanatical devotion to our loved ones. Which brings me to our next problem; ever since I saw her look at me with the same gentle eyes that “I” fell in love with… those feelings have hit me in full force. I don’t know how much souls are supposed to be reset each reincarnation but I doubt it matters. I know that even if the laws of the universe made it impossible for “my” feelings to persist they’d somehow still be there. I love her. I love her so much that even if a portal opened to heaven right now I couldn’t open it. And I hate it. I hate *her* for making my past reincarnation make me feel this way. I’m being forced to keep a promise for the one I lo- for the my jailor this I don’t remember making. That I made hundreds, if not thousands, of years ago. P.S: To give a sense of how absurd this is, [Listener-San proceeds to write several pages about his feelings that barely scratch the surface of the infinite love and hate within his heart.] Out of character: Well that was… certainly something. I wonder just how amazing or terrible this whole thing will go. Especially since someone, who shall not be named, did the same thing with a very similar person.
