Saw the hand calluses on another video. So I was wondering if you find it pretty easy to find gyms to fit your routine on your travels through the Philippines. Obviously metro Manila will definitely have gyms all over that have what you need if you really look.

@ hey you aren’t wrong there. I do them for conditioning or accessory work mainly these days. As a stronger 67” guy I still like to have my heavy compounds or Olympic lifting. Strong man is the best, but I’ve been to the Philippines a few times and have no delusions about walking into a gym with a Viking press or Conan’s wheel. Thanks for the answer though brother.
