That is THE best placement of a charge I have witnessed here. I think you got the most effect with the least charge. Great work!! Really cleaned that one out!! Very good work. The entrance to a beaver lodge is usually pretty deep to make sure it stays below the freeze line on a bad winter. GREAT camera placement by the way. Super coverage. Super "at risk" coverage I might add. Thanks for all your superb work here. I appreciate it.

@@shadowfox8748 I agree with that. My motto was "If in doubt, use excessive amounts of explosives." My largest was 2800 LBs of TNT. Sent seawater, mud and rock 4-500 ft in the air. Did the job and the LCT got up onto the beach and low tide.

That dam has been there a long time.Jay google Canadian solution to beaver plugging culverts.Could do the same thing at a dam with some planning and work. In an the case they want to keep the pond but limit the height of the water. Basically it is a culvert running through the dam then attaching a 90 in the pond going up to the desired high water mark.
@UTUBESUXS202410 ай бұрын
I built something simaler useing 4" pipe with an elbow upstream on beaver damms we could not get to regularly. We called them Beaver baffles. Beavers hate the sound of running water. This helped keep the water at a manageble level to avoid future washouts and flooding.

Ammonium Nitrate (Anfo) works great for removing damms,Moves shit nice and slow Tends to put the sticks back in the bush where sticks belong. Lot cheaper than dynamite also.
