If a prosecutor wants to file charges and then get a warrant they most certainly can. If it happended though he gets free publicity and may just think that it is worth the risk. Mine coins are the currency used in the bedrock edition store. You can buy custom skins there. While skins are technically free on bedrock, you need money to get special skins or fun items for skins. You customize it in game by selecting items instead of making a png file.
