See you using a bunch of long springs, to each his own but I find coil springs to be faster and easier to bed, we deal with different soil up here in Wis and it varies from field to field, MB 650 hands down the best yote trap made

I saw you guys use drags I have been hesitant down here in fl given its pretty thick and I am scared to loose the animal ... do u guys have any recommendations to prevent that? Are there any other benefits to use drags v. Stakes other than the animal tearing up your set? Thanks for the vids and radio awesome source of info

tom64976 So is having other people do your killing for you so you can be so self righteous. shopping at grocery stores having leather interior, boots,gloves, soap,cologne,etc etc. Unless you dont use any animal products your a hypocrite
@tom649769 жыл бұрын
Leaving a trap to hunt a defenseless animal isn't a fair game at all. It's just as equal as letting someone do the dirty job for you in my opinion
@donaldsteiner67839 жыл бұрын
tom64976 Agreed so unless you dont use any animal product at all its a hypocritical view. Paying someone to do your killing like butchers,farmers,scientist etc etc does not make you any less culpable.

How is it like having someone do the job for you when you still have to kill the animal, skin it, stretch it, use the carcass for food or bait and do all the work yourself?

I use drags sometimes. I just tie them off. It makes a catch circle like staking though. But if you can just let them get hung up.
