@@troyjohnson6731 Well I know on February 11th a bunch of the newer packs will be officially added to the TCG format (what MasterDuel uses) but I have no idea if the game will update then too or if we will have to wait a bit. Gives me time to save up because you know that card is gonna be an UR :(

This may be a newer deck, but I love the fact that it gives some of my old favorite Traps new life. Back in the WAY old days, I regularly used Trap Hole and Bottomless Trap Hole in all of my decks; at least until both Jinzo and Royal Decree became universal staples in the then-meta (even though they were ludicrously rare and expensive). I also love the fact that there are more such Traps still being made.

I think budget option for Lord of the Heavenly Prison would be playing 3x Dark Sacrifice and 2x Absolute King Backjack. Granted, you have to main 5 cards instead of 2, you don't get a large bodied monster readily available, and probably have 1 Linkuriboh in Extra Deck on the occasion you brick and have to link off Backjack.

A fun interaction you can do with Lord of the Heavenly Prison: You can activate a trap to trigger Sera and chainblock with Lord. Lord set IO, Sera SS Mantis. Then, you can bounce IO back to hand and reset it. This actually gets rid of Lord's lingering effect on IO that would banish it during your End Phase.
