Evil lives among us my friends. I hate these cases, but they happen every day. There is a legal entanglement where they ask if for the Judge to be recused that could get interesting.
Caution trigger warning. This is a SA case. I bleeped out all graphic words and described them in cleaner language for those who need to know. However, he is a monster and tries to blame his daughter after claiming it was an accident. Watch with care.

Another Judge accepted original plea deal. Defendant is currently incarcerated in Texas with a maximum release date of 10-27-2037 and a Parole Eligibility Date of 4-28-2030. The last few times I have checked, it says he is not eligible for visitation, so I am not sure exactly what that means, but hopefully he is miserable.

People are sure that child molesters get jailhouse justice. Watch mandoo’s channel on parole hearings in Louisiana and what you’ll find out is that many of them thrive in prison and in fact perpetrators of child rape and incest often come to parole hearings after a shockingly short period of incarceration. When interviewed by the board, many continue to blame the child.

With experience in matters such as this, he should get life. Children many times don’t recover from this type of abuse. A large amount of CSA victims turn to drugs and alcohol. CSA can also be the cause of mental illness such as bi-polar, ptsd, depression, schizophrenia, personality disorder and panic disorder. I know this because my ex husband abused my daughter. At 43 she still struggles with addiction and bi polar disorder, as well as ptsd. He took away my little girl and I can’t get her back.

It’s because of people like this defendant why it’s so important to take red flags in a relationship seriously. The mother probably saw red flags in his behavior, but wasn’t strong enough to end a long-term relationship. The daughter paid the price for her mother’s complacency & her father’s depravity.

I was molested at age 7 by my uncle and when I 13 my cousins husband raped me to the age 18. The lawyer is just making up BS, that is the excuse. i have 4 amazing children and not once has that ever crossed my mind. Actually since i try to keep them safe from predators. Also i use this experience to watch my know what signs to for my lil girls. if that ever to happened. i don’t let my kids sleepover anywhere until she has the age to be able to defend herself. a couple years back my husband’s brother tried many times to convince to let my daughter sleep in house, he has a wife. But watching this I know now not even married man can be trusted. What is wrong with you? Is a great question the Judge asked, that’s why I love this judge. She doesn’t BS from no one. and I love how she really about the future and care for the future victims from this disgusting person. In Mexico he can roam free and abuse anyone because in Mexico hey don’t care. When i heard the lawyer say, “but judge will have o go to a country that he hasn’t been since he was 2 and when said He also lost custody of his kids (you Don’t say) and suffering because of it” What about the lil angel? She’s going to have to live with for the rest of her life. I’m sorry lawyer but that’s his fault. Nobody forced him to do this to daughter. NO ONE forced him!!!! I also wish i could slap him when he said that his 6 year old daughter showed her private like he’s talking about a woman/teenager, not until I heard them say that the lil angel was 6. OML if that was husband, he wouldn’t make it to court. what is going on in this world. Now imagine how many lil angels are going through this and either the mother doesn’t even notice it and/or the mother or what guardian they have doesn’t care. Sorry for the long comment.

Know what else? Many judges will become a million times more hesitant to cooperate. How about instead of just letting them commit their crime and create a victim so you can kill them after, like you want, we take treating them a little more seriously, and maybe prevent some victimization from happening...this guy is the worst kind and deserves nothing but the worst, but this whole rhetoric of 'how dare you try to treat them' definitely enables a lot of them...

Yes it’s triggering, but one of the things that has been withheld from most child victims is justice. So often out of an abundance of caution, courts will bend over backwards to keep the kids from having to testify, hence the plea deals, which never feels like true justice. So when we see a case where the plea deal is rejected, makes us happier, more vindicated

I would rather this young lady be 25 (or older!) instead of 15, years old, let her be an adult, let her have therapy. and as much time as we can given her before he's let out. Rightfully so, I think abuse victims won't THANK the justice system for lessening the monsters jail time. I feel so terrible for this poor baby💜

When this guy was talking about this, I almost expected one of his lines to the judge to be "Well, what'd you expect me to do if she was showing herself like that?" Like it was somehow an inevitable thing that he would do. He's a horrible person and he deserves life in prison because that's pretty much what he gave his victim.
@norarivkis2513
@norarivkis2513 Жыл бұрын
@@kathleensmith8336One of his lines pretty much was that. He said "What did she want me to do?" about her supposedly showing her crotch. I think he honestly believed that a *six-year-old* was coming on to him deliberately, which may be the most appalling thing I heard on this video. I don't know whether what really happened was that he'd abused her so much that she was prematurely sexualized and reacting to the trauma by genuinely showing her bottom more than she normally would, or if she simply behaved like a normal child, which often involves being fairly oblivious to whether she's visible or not. She *should* be able to be oblivious around her family. She should be able to move around without thinking about her body around her own family, and not have her father do horrible things to her. So one very probable answer to "What did she want me to do, when she showed herself like that?" might be "She wanted you to act like a *FATHER,* dammit, and protect her innocence by letting her move freely within the house, wearing or not wearing whatever was appropriate to the situation, and not having reason to notice or care if she happened to have her dress ride up while she played on the floor."
