@@ruko5979 actually Deruth after Cales mother drews death was so in gref that he was unable to even look at cale as he cooled like a carbon copy of her so he lock himself in his room and drowned in work ignoring cale completely he didn't even meet cale until he announced his marriage to Violan aka cales step mother cale didn't even know about her and he only meet her a day before the marriage. He was so mad but for Deruths sake he smiled and congrats them and about cale being a drunk yard after there marriage Basen started getting bullied as he was not the son of the count and nobels started to push cale into disliking him and making him the hire OG cale ruined his own reputation till everyone forgot that Basen wasn't even the count's real son and down grading OG Cale to make everyone except Basen and Violans in to the count family so moral of the story OG Cale was just a saint who wanted to help his family but became the tragic villain whose story was never told FUNFACT : OG cale has VERY high Alcohol tolerance he was never drunk just acting plus he never hurt any servant just gangsters
