Happy New Year!! I like the storage unit idea. Take pictures when you drop stuff off to place on marketplace and meet people there to pick up so they are not coming to your home, good business model to protect your family and home. You need to keep some windex and pledge along with some towels to clean and polish stuff. Really good idea. Did you take Finn to that store to see the trains this Christmas? See you next time.

Sea Isle is where grew up summer vacations in the 60s. There was a 3 blocks of boardwalk with 5 stores and a Jukebox with Sky Pilot playing great memories. I live in Margate now for 32 years.

My favorites are the Storage units, always a fan of a treasure hunt. Great idea with the storage room, you could put up shelving for inventory and use it for sale meetups vs. your home. Wishing you all the best for 2025
