Tucker. If you cut your grass high it will grow better and healthier. When you cut so low it exposes the root bed and it dries and dies quicker. Try 1/2 height in 3 years you will have a rich lush lawn with minimal fertilizer

That rust converter spray paint really does work well. Its great , you don’t have to sand unless the rust is thick and falling off.. It completely covers and hardens the rust plus it prevents further rust as long as the converter does not chip off. I have some lawn chairs I painted with it 2 or three years ago and they still look great.

Buy a big bag of grass seed and spread around your area where you would like to have grass, water at least once a day. If you do this several times you will see grass starting to grow. I've been doing this for years. I'm 73 years young!

Check out the dumpster s at the second hand stores. Last week i found 2 huge plastic bins full of hot wheels tracs gave then to my 7 yr old neighbor bor he was so excited he couldn't talk lol i found nice wooden box Winchester gun cleaning kit. So so many other cool things if i dont use or my friends or neighbors i donate to a different second hand store

Turner! Make sure to check into that bed frame before letting it go for $50-$100. Stanley made solid wood furniture and I saw some pieces for as much as $3,000 in not great condition. 😄

The metal signs can have the face painted black then you write out your yard sale sign on it that you can change over and over by just painting over the face black again and again and again. Wood is always good to have and easy to store. Not sure if you watch them but Treasure Hunting with Jebus another youtube channel has a yard sale regularly. They also do storage units and end up selling a lot of stuff in their yard sales for $1.00 an item. they had TVs and a washer dryer set at their last yard sale last week all for a buck each. All the funds from those sales go to buy gifts for kids for Xmas so it's a good cause. Granted they are in Virginia which is a ride away but if you spend 100 bucks and get 1000 bucks worth of sellable items it's worth the trip. Just get on their email list and they'll inform you when they are having another yard sale. Probably at least one more before Xmas rolls around.

That Red White and Blue Thrift store is really wonderful because most of the profits go to the Vietnam Vets. And if you donate to them, they pick your donations up right from your house if you leave it by the front door and write on the boxes or bags VVA. BTW, the lawnmower looks really easy to use I am going to look it up.

I just paint the signs and frames with white topside marine paint and they last forever. Its so easy to make my own sign on poster board and tape them on.

It boggles my mind that you at such a young age have wisdom that other men you age don’t have. You are right about thrift stores pricing us out. They take the good stuff and sell it on a website. How do I stay in the moment? I remind myself that this 31:08 31:08 moment is the only thing I have and I want to enjoy it. I wake up and choose joy and peace everyday. I have mantras that I say during the day. If I am disturbed, I stop and I breathe and I bless whatever is disturbing me. I’m not perfect, but practice is wonderful. Bless you and your family.
