Everything looks fantastic. I like that you used the door knob plates, but I don't know if I could have painted them. The patina on them was too nice.

wow, Yvonne, not only were your projects wonderful (and I do have several caddies to do), but you took me for a trip down memory lane - that stencil you used on the large brown caddy referenced Leicester Mass which is the next town over from where I grew up... I am now many states and over 50 years away from there, but I still remember the Leicester Drive-in and lots of dates through my high school years - what a wonderful memory... thanks!..

I would definitely like to try a freezer paper transfer project. I also learned from you the importance of sealing with a clear coat at various steps in a project. I haven't seen that anywhere else and some of my projects didn't come out as nice and some paint jobs didn't last as long and in watching your channel I've learned why. Thank you for your hard work and for helping others learn to create beautiful and useful things.

Yvonne I love you the most of all the thrifters I have discovered in the past year! You have encouraged me to look at rolling pins in a new way and now I buy them everytime I find them and yes, I clean, sand, give them a drink of lindseed oil, paint and distress the handles and stick them in crocks!!! I could go on and on! Thank you!

Beautiful work. If I may make a suggestion, try adhering the freezer paper to the copy paper with two way tape in the four corners. It should hold through the printer better and since your image rarely reaches the corners, you're gold!!!

Love your videos! On a Mac, if you open your images in Preview, you can click Tools and then Adjust size and adjust by inches, pixels or whatever you want. Then you can print it straight from Preview instead of taking the image into Excel to size and print it.
@1021lday2 жыл бұрын
you can also reverse your images in Preview if you can't find the reversed image you want to use. You just open the image, then click Tools and Flip Horizontal. Super simple. :)

Ohhh yess can't wait for your content this year and thought of you when at Target last week they had some new items in their Dollar area which are perfect for your crafting touch and I could've bought the whole lot if I could it's these white enamel and black enamel square and others are Round boxes in several different sizes with the bamboo lids that close them up for storing anything you can think of. Truly perfect for Farm decor & ready for stamping or adding moldings from IOD. You need to check out your Target guys and see if u can find these out in your area 😉
