I have noticed some eastern gecko Moria builds including issho 8 drop but can’t seem to find an explanation for that tech, could u plz explain y the addition of that card?

Because we wont have great eruption. Thats our compensation. Now for why it was used rather than 10c kuzan is its searchable by Brannew and its good vs BY Luffy and Enel w/c are the worst matchups for Moria
