I remember them starting with this when they were the support act for Prefab Sprout *many* years ago in Sheffield. I knew nothing of the band, and the name 'Trashcan Sinatras' didn't inspire confidence. Despite a desperately shy stage presence, the music shone so brightly. I've loved their music ever since. They are very special indeed.

I loved this show so much! I was crying in the audience, hit with a massive wave of nostalgia from my teenaged years.

I first discovered Trashcan Sinatras via BBC 6 Music (Gideon Coe) and have since listened to their very impressive back catalogue. This particular song is one of my favourites, often played on loop, but so many other terrific songs.

Just love this band so much talent and still playing gigs in America I want them back home so their many fans can see them playing music

You'd be harsh pushed to find a tune with such a melodic introduction. Magical.

Magnificent. What a band. Was lucky enough to see them in Dublin on this tour. My absolute favourite band.

"bus conductress blonde" - lyric reminds me of Dire Straits' Wild West End, even though the songs are totally unalike. "Here comes our hero in hand-me-downs". Great sound quality on this video.

Why are they sitting down? So not rock'n'roll. You aren't busking, lads. You aren't on some uni steps here.
