Great review, do you think is Vasopressin the pressor of choice if need for trauma patients?

I think vasopressors in trauma not as controversial as it used to be...vasopressin certainly has evidence to support it...for me it is typically vasopressin but that is not a hard and fast rule as it also depends what else the patient has going on
