I had a baby a few months ago, my first, I left his father before I gave birth because of his addiction issues, im so tired lately and while i can't always catch a nap during the day I can turn on one of Marias videos and forget my worries for a little bit and relax. Thank you Maria. Ive been watching you for 12 years now and your videos have gotten me through the nost difficult times in my life and provided me a safe space to relax for over a decade. Your videos helped me make it through cold turkey opiate withdrawal 5 years ago. They were what I listened to help me sleep every time ive been sick or stressed or grieving. They got me through a difficult pregnancy and I even listened to you while I gave birth to help keep me calm. Now me and my baby boy both fall asleep to you every night. Hi Maria I have been a fan for probably 10 years now and your voice is one of the only things that gives me asmr these days! I watch a lot of the older stuff - i think the newer microphones give too much sibilance, the sound to me is very sharp and would be more relaxing on older mics that don’t pick up as much? Whisper videos make sense to have that amount but on soft spoken i think warmer and more buttery rolling sounds are more relaxing. I truly appreciate the effort gone in to each one but i have seen a general consensus around this 💜
