Such an affirmation to see you going through your travel journal and reflecting on your travels once you've returned; adding in ephemera, jotting down the memories. I too find when I travel that it works best for me to be in the moment and not worry so much about keeping up with my journal while traveling. Often times some simple logging of daily activities will suffice until I'm back at my desk and can put everything together at a quieter pace. ❤

Yeah! Having this pressure of wanting to finish everything by the end of the trip sacrifices a lot of "enjoying the moment" so it's always good to keep a balance of both and of course finding what's best for you. The more I travel the more I realize that I don't want to force these things and just make the best out of my own trips.
