Travel Art Journal sketchbook tour || Documenting my Croatian holidays

Welcome to the video in which I show you the sketches I made while traveling to Croatia!
It was a totally new experience to me, as I have never did such sketches and I have never painted during my holidays. It was definitely challenging to find the time for painting and to choose what to paint. Overall, I am very happy I made it and I am planning to take it with me for future holidays as well.

I am Justyna and I am a self-thought artist from Poland. I try to reconcile developing my art skills with a regular 9-5 job.
I have always loved drawing horses with colored pencils, but recently I have started exploring other topics and mediums.
My biggest dream is to someday be able to turn my art passion from a hobby to a part time job.

good job. It is hard to find time to paint on vacation sometimes. I think that painting helps us remember our vacation better than we would otherwise.

Thank you! Yes, I hoped to do more paintings on location but there was just No time for that! I agree so much that it helps us remember it more. And also seeing more details as we have to examin the views/objects with much more attention that we would otherwise.

This was so fun! I love your architectural ones...and even the first ones you did. I like the colors even though they may look more cartoonish. They were so pretty! I also like the ones that cover both pages!

Thank you! Yeah, I have already recorde a review of the supplies I had with me, but I didn't have time to edit it yet as October started and I am participating in inktober right now. There shoukd be a video about supplies in November
