Here is our Travel Day vlog where we start our day at the V-Room Manchester Airport and fly to Orlando!! After a ride on the Magical Express we finally get to Caribbean Beach Resort and nip to Disney Springs for a Blaze Pizza.

Omgosh your boy is sooo cute! I’ve never done an airport lounge, always preferred the hustle and bustle of the airport itself but v room looks lovely!

Thanks Ian. It's very comfortable and for what you pay you'd spend easily in the airport trying to entertain yourself. Virgin has always been our number one but will be trying Tui next year 👍🏻

@@TD3Vlogs have tried Thomas cook, but found the entertainment limited unless you paid extra. Also had to pay for drinks unless it was with the meal. Sticking with Virgin for now.

@@UncleIanYorkshire Absolutely spoilt for choice I think on Virgin flights for entertainment. This trip they even had old classics like The Goonies and Big. Seemed like there were more films than ever! Thomas Cook doesn't sound great from that.

Nice work rope dropping the V-Room! Good selection of food there by the looks of it. We were pretty impressed with the food on Virgin Atlantic too, fairly good by plane food standards as Steph said. Room looks great too. That is an impressively long pizza queue! Great travel day vlog guys.

Love a travel day! Only done the vroom once when we had it included free, want to do it again. Always have had a good flight with Virgin. We've only managed to get seats in the bubble once. Caribbean Beach room looks nice.

Travel day vids. Yay! We’ve not been to Vroom as it’s been ages since we booked a Virgin Holiday . Virgin flights are the best. So impressed you got the bubble.

The vroom was lovely but the only downside is it's Virgin holidays only. We had just a Virgin flight last year so couldn't book it which was a shame. We love Virgin flights too - will be giving Tui a try next year though. Thanks for watching 😊

That would have been weird. Even when we stay on site at Disney and at Universal this year we have a car. Really enjoy going to the off site restaurants and shops. We’ve flown TUI Dreamliner economy on 2 holidays. One to Mexico and the other to Dominican Republic. It’s a lovely plane. Feels spacious. Food was fine. Staff were good. Their In flight entertainment is not a patch on Virgin. Load up your tablets with movies/TV.

Shame about entertainment - that's something we all really look forward to is the films ☹ Virgins prices just seemed to have shot up so Tui was hundreds of pounds cheaper. I think you have so much more freedom when you drive, so many more options. We're just too scared incase we have an accident and it ruins our holiday - we need to suck it up and do it one year 😂

Sorry, on Virgin you get loads of new movies. On Tui, you got a handful of new movies. You could pay for an upgrade, I’m sure. Thomas Cook were the same this year when we flew Glasgow to MCO. They were cheaper than Virgin. We were delayed 38hrs on the flight back. We were able to claim from the airline on that, Driving around is a bit scary for the first 20mins but you get the hang of it quickly. And the cars are all automatic which is easier. We’ve driven from Miami to Key West a couple of times which is an amazing drive.

Definitely worth the money - we paid out of pocket twice before but found if you call to book the holiday they often will add for free. I think for the three of us it was around £50-60 and we spent similar when eating in the airport last year and trying to entertain ourselves. Great for people watching too. We love watching family vloggers too 😊 Kids just grow up too quick - gotta capture those memories.

Thanks so much Vickie! It depends who you booked with. If it's with Virgin you HAVE to pick it up at the airport and if you don't its forfeited. I had a friend booked direct with Disney and she had to get hers from World of Disney I think at Disney Springs. Hope that helps but 100% make sure you know where you need to go. I think it was That Sounds Fun who left the airport without collecting which really made us try to remind ourselves before running to the Magical Express 💖

Hi guys nice vlog, would you recommend Caribbean beach as I'm thinking of booking this for our next trip to Florida, is it far from the parks/attractions as we prefer been right in the middle of the action! So far we've stayed at animal kingdom lodge which was awesome but a bit far away and this year we stayed at sapphire falls at universal which is a beautiful resort and would highly recommend, think jimmy would love it there!! Hi Lee! I would stay at Caribbean Beach again. It's close to Epcot, Hollywood Studios and Disney Springs I'd say. They've also got the skyliner there too since we left. From what I've seen video wise if we were to do a moderate Disney resort again we like the look of Coronado Springs. CBR is a lovely resort though. Me and Jimmy have another video of a little resort tour and tips. Sapphire Falls is definitely on the list of somewhere we'd like to stay. It looks stunning!

Again sapphire falls is an amazing resort, excellent pool area, friendly staff, food is very good and not bad prices too, it's also so close to the parks too including volcano bay which is 5-10 minutes walk.

Hi can I ask did you book your holiday direct with virgin and did you get the dining plan free, we are going October next year and have booked through disney and got the dining free which I think is a good deal?, not got flights yet but as soon as they are out I will be getting them booked

Hi - yes we did book it all as a package with virgin when the free dining was on. Its 100% a good deal to book when free dining is on 🙌 Disney upped their prices on pretty much all food items last year, which makes the credits more valuable. This was our first time with a dining plan and we wouldnt do Disney without one now 👍🏻 If you have any questions we'1re happy to help 😊

I tend to try and alternate between sucking and chewing... it does help a bit but always seem to suffer with it. Hi Patrick, you can literally spend them anywhere on Disney property. The balance is loaded on to a Disney gift card & you can use on food, merch etc & can be used to cover a cost in full or as a part payment towards something. Hope this helps 😊

How do you book the v room?

Hi Izzy - you can only book it if you have booked a package holiday through Virgin holidays. We have always booked it by speaking to them on the phone. On this occasion we got it for free when we booked the holiday as they offered to include it which was great. You cant book it if you have only booked a flight with Virgin atlantic. Hope this helps.

We booked separately one year when we stayed at The Hard Rock & saved a fortune doing it that way. The V Room is nice but if you are getting a good deal on your holiday I wouldn't worry about it... more money to spend in duty free and on the holiday 😊 💖 x
