I honestly have no idea how we manage to keep going once we get to America! We only slept for about an hour on the flight, but I think the excitement of Disney just keeps us going 😂 The hotel room was brilliant. Perfect size, awesome location for people watching and the skyliner, and having the full shower plus the shower over the bath meant we could both get ready at the same time (it's a daft thing but I take so much longer than Andy to get ready lol).

Hi, we had to upload our proof of vaccination (and test results as that was still in place when we travelled) as part of the check in process. A website link was emailed to us 24 hours before and we just completed that and the check in. 😊

Long travel day but still so exciting when its kicking off a trip to WDW!! Wow the Riviera resort looks so lovely! Love that they left a Mickey shaped towel on the bed! Looks like such a lovely room! Pascale really is so cute. What a gorgeous balcony!! Lovely view over the pools. Can't wait to follow along on the rest of your trip! We stayed at Coronado in May :) Great vlog! We subscribed!

Riviera is stunning. I definitely do it justice in the room tour (can tell I was mega tired at that point and needed the pick me up of a shower lol). The balcony was perfect for people and storm watching! We were thinking of booking Coronado for next year because it looks like an awesome resort!

The trip was amazing! Very hot, which I know is to be expected in May but 32C in Florida is a different kind of 32C to anywhere else we've ever been 😂 I'm not sure how much Riviera is if you pay cash. We have DVC and it's our "home" resort so we booked using our DVC points. I don't know how we manage to go to the parks after the flight either 😂 Watching vlogs back I always think we are mad, but when you're actually there it somehow doesn't feel difficult. Think it's the buzz of being at Disney that sees us through lol Thanks for watching 💜

It's super easy. We always use Lyft because we feel like they have more drivers around Orlando. There's also Uber. You just pick a location for pickup and it's usually no more than 10 minutes to wait. The hardest part for me (Jo) is spotting the car because Andy will say the name and I have no idea what type of car that is so every car of the same colour I'll ask if it's that one 🤣 There's also a Mears taxi stand at the airport. We haven't used them as the price they quoted us was much more expensive than Lyft, but I don't think we've seen people wait more than 15 to 20 minutes for those either.

Hiya, yes we did. They only have the plane input not normal headphone slot (three prong vs one) on the plane so my headphones couldn’t connect so I was very happy they gave some! They’re not the most amazing headphones, but they were comfortable enough 😊

I don't think we'll ever do Universal in Orlando. We want to do Universal Hollywood, and Japan as we regret not doing Universal when we went to Osaka, but I just can't see Universal Orlando tickets ever been worth it for us as there's only 2 rides that I think we'd want to do.

Aer Lingus 🙃 We flew with them in 2018 and flight was OK but some of their organisation needs much improvement. When we flew some of the "highlights" included telling me my Esta must have a problem as bag drop wouldn't let me check in, I brought up the live Esta to prove I was approved and suddenly it was all fine 🤷‍♂ Also paid for priority and they didn't bother with the early call on either way, I got rather stroppy with them on the way back as it was what we had paid for. Delayed flight from Dublin to Orlando, no one to tell us what was going on and no announcement of the delay for over 50 mins until they started to man the gate and then they got stroppy with people milling about in the gate area. Looking forward to some more of your lovely Orlando vlogs!

Yeah I don't think they've fully organised what they're doing. The people on our flight who should have been on the one the day before were telling us how they had to fight Aer Lingus to accept their Covid tests (it was still a requirement when we flew). Aer Lingus told them they all had to be re-tested at their own expense and then claim it back, but CDC guidelines said flight delays under 48 hours meant you didn't need to re-test. They apparently had to get it up on their phones before Aer Lingus would accept it which is pretty ridiculous as you'd think they'd know what the process for getting into the US is! That's ridiculous that they wouldn't let you check in! Nobody seemed to get called for Priority on our flight either. They called disabled / extra assistance guests and then just kept accepting everyone, so the gate had a lot of confused people as to whether we should be joining the queue or if everyone going through was disabled / extra assistance. The food and price for the flights was good, and the on board staff all seemed lovely so I guess that's all that matters!
