We agree completely on the state requirement. You were too late for Utah, but just understandable under the circumstances. What happened to boondocking at Fence Canyon? 😉 Thanks for the shout out! The natural entrance to Carlsbad is the only real way to go, in my opinion. Love, love Bottomless Lakes. So much fun to see so many familiar places, and so good to see all three of you out West.

Haha yep! It requires “certain things” to count it as an official visit to each state for us! 😂 Fun video! The west is so fun and has so much to see and do! We always explore if we stay for a couple of days! Pretty sure Louisiana beats Mississippi with THE WORST roads in America! Lol! Lake Park Campground looks really nice (at least for the Dallas area). Y’all made so many great stops! Bottomless State Park looks great! Larry, I hope you were holding onto a rope or something for that shot at Horseshoe Bend! 😱 Yhanks for sharing, great video!

I put off my 2024 trip out west. I realized that I needed more than the three weeks I had planned. I'll rethink the trip once that work thing doesn't get in the way. Your trip hits most of the places I would like to see. Glad to see this.

WE LOVED all the incredible rock mtns/valleys/slot canyons etc in Utah yrs ago when we went on small hikes in that region. Those incredible red/cream rock formations are Gods handiwork for us to visually enjoy! great stuff!!

Wow, what an amazing trip I recognize a few sites from other videos I have watched but will be staying tuned to get all your details We will be pulling 40 ft plus toy hauler with a HDT, so my biggest concern is obviously our size. HEY...we got tickets to your big meet up with the other 5 or 6 channels in Tampa on the Wednesday night. Thanks... Looking forward to your mighty 5 loop. We did ours last year. Counterclockwise staying mostly in Utah state Parks and National Parks. We are based in DFW just south of Lewisville. Would recommend CoE Hickory Creek Park over Lake Park (just 3 or 4 miles away). We try to stay away from I-20 in LA (because of how horrible the roads are) using I-49 between I-10 to I-20. We have visited all but the 2 private parks in this episode. In Hurricane, we used Sand Hollow State Park as well as Watchmen Campground in Zion itself. Hopefully you stayed at Kodachrome for Bryce, Fruita for Capitol Reef and Dead Horse Point for Canyon Lands and Arches. Really appreciate your comprehensive CG reviews. Have utilized them often to select FL sites. Especially helpful with Starlink site selection.
