South Africa didn’t wave off visa requirements just like that, it took both governments to come to that decision, let give credit to where credit is due

You're trying to create tension where there's none. This lady was not explaining how the decision was made to do away with visa. She was passing the message that SA has waive visa requirements. Whether there were meetings between the two countries before the decision was taken that took six years that's not an issue. At the end of the day SA has done away with visa requirements for Ghanaians. I will say the same if I was going to Ghana. But If I was required to explain how it happened then I'll take the route you're taking of saying "SA didn't just waive off visa requirements just like that...". You're just being sensitive for nothing.
