I’m sorryy i don’t do anything in specific to grow them out, they just naturally grow quickly. But keeping gel polish on my nails helps them feel stronger!

thank you so much!! i first put my hair in a ponytail and then twisted it how i normally would for a larger claw clip. then i just clipped both clips on one top of the other!
