@@Lilymay-00 In the Winter, especially late December, it's rare because is high humidity there unlike dry climate countries. But I recommend other places to you beside Sapa such as Ha Giang, Mau Son peak - Lang Son province, and Tà Xùa and Cao Bang. (if you like backpacking).
