I sensed so much anxiety in you. You did an amazing thing to travel by yourself. Shows how brave you are and how comfortable you are in your own skin. Don't worry too much about what other people think. Most of the time people are just wishing they had the guts to do what you did. Be very proud of yourself. I know women who can't even fathom hanging out in the mall by themselves much less cruise on their own. You go girl! I will be solo cruising later this year and I cannot wait. After all, the only person we are guaranteed to have for our entire life is ourselves 😁

After the loss of my husband i cruise solo a lot and I LOVE ❤️ IT! I’ve cruised England, Norway, Alaska, Canada, Caribbean and I’m now booked on a transatlantic 😉😉. More cruise lines are considering solo cruising and have special events and cabins for solo cruisers. I have met a lot of solo cruisers.

My husband passed away in November 2023. I’m taking my first solo cruise in June. I’m nervous and excited. It is so nice to see so many people going solo. I’d love to find another solo widow to share meal time with. ❤

My 1st cruise was a solo cruise on Royal Caribbean’s Anthem of the Seas. Loved it. If you're feeling a bit spoiled already by Liberty, wait till you try one of Royal's newer, larger ships!

I did. This specific ship unfortunately didn't have any single cabins. I did book this trip months in advance and paid less than $600 for this cabin.

From my understanding, Royal does have single cabins but only on certain ships. Solo traveling has definitely spoiled me 😊

I booked directly with Royal Caribbean. I'd say book your trip months in advance to get a good deal, that's what I typically do.
