Thank you for your feedback! Can you please tell me, I saw in some photos and videos that there are beach mats in the room, is this included in the price of the room? Is there an evening entertainment program at the hotel? And what is the atmosphere like in general? Thank you!

@@lisaped.travel Hey 💞 yes those beach towels are included and you'll get fresh ones after using them. They offer an evening entertainment with live music (last time I was there it was mixed program with different music styles on different days). They also have kids entertainment as far as I know. The atmosphere was nice and comfortable on both stays. Especially the team at breakfast buffet was really welcoming and friendly. I am honest, house keeping could be better but whenever I had an issue with missing towels or something, they helped me out at the reception. HI, i am planning to go with my 13 year old niece next month. Can I ask if there are any shops nearby, such as the high streets brand? she loves shopping and is it the location of the hotels near clubs and bars? will be two females travelling. thank you

@@alextran-dang2870 hey 👋🏻 there are shops nearby the hotel but mostly souvenirs and beach fashion, supermarkets etc. But you can also find more shops in the old town of Alcúdia or at the marina area. There are a lot of bars and pubs but I am not sure about clubs. I haven’t seen any. Hope that helps 🤍 & I hope you’re going to have a wonderful and sunny vacation 🤗🌸

Hi! can you please tell me if they have their own beach with their sunbeds? or i have to rent everey day a sunbed and how much is per day? thank you verry much

Hey 👋🏻 no, they don’t have their own sun beds at the beach but you can rent those at the beach, in general. In September, 2022 it was 13€ for two sunbeds and umbrella per day. I don’t know about the current prices though… I hope that helps 😊

We have booked full board and are now wondering if the drinks are also included in the price. Unfortunately we can't find anything online. How was it with you and can you recommend the hotel?

Hi Lea! We booked breakfast only and all the drinks such as coffee, water, juice at the breakfast buffet were included in the price. Unfortunately, I don’t know how it is with dinner since I didn’t book full or half board. I couldn’t find any information on the homepage as well.🤔 Overall I really liked staying at this hotel. The staff was friendly and the whole vibe was nice. I liked the modern room design and it’s not too far away from the beach 🏝️ The only thing that could be improved though, is the housekeeping service. I hope you will have a wonderful vacation 💕🤗

Yes. It’s not far from the beach (maybe 10 min), the rooms are nice and the food (we had breakfast only) is great. Sometimes we didn’t get enough towels from the housekeeping staff and had to ask for them at the reception- but it’s nothing dramatic. Stuff is friendly! I hope that helps 🌸🙂
