Hello from Georgetown Washington DC, my dad from Jamaica, Mom from Aburi mountains, Aburi botanical garden is where Wizkid Essence music video were shot...never swallow banku just like that, tou have to dip it in to the source and chew it just a little bit before you swallow, you can even add thw dish all together and chew, which is tast very good. I like tilapia. I was very happy watching your video but coming to an end at the slave castle i was very angry ans sad, i have been the 3 times with friends Caribbean and America, anytime i visit at the Cape Coast Dungeon, I cried 😢
