Hello Please i have a question it seems like you landed in one place first then collected your Study permit before then going to your final destination. I want to ask for the process incase you are landing in maybe toronto and have 2 hours layover before your final destination. is it the first place you land that you get your study permit? if yes do you also pick your luggage there? then what do you do when you land at the final place and what do they ask you at POE Congratulations

Hello, yes, I landed in Calgary not Toronto. You don’t get to see your luggage until your final destination. Where ever you land in Canada, (the first province or city) you just get your declaration and then ask where you can get your study permit. You’d see connecting flight, in the vlog, Yh that’s where you pick your make your declaration. I wasn’t asked much questions by the immigration officer, just to see my passport and the showed her my letter of introduction, school admission letter and a few other documents. Then she asked me to sit, under 5 minutes I was asked to come get my permit.

How where u able to navigate the airport?;please explain to me step by step thanks. And after you checked in what and what next?

Ok, so when you first arrive at the airport, you’d get your bags weighed, then go through a series of questions from the airline workers ( doesn’t always happen). Following that, you check your luggage in (this is equally where you get your boarding pass, and a form asking about the content of your carry on and if you have money on you.)your Boarding Pass depends on how many stops/connecting flight you have to make)and you look for your gate, now when looking for your gate, you look at the number on your pass and see if it matches with any number on the board. For instance, the number on my pass says 1086 with the airline name on it, what ever gate number is written next to it, is your gate. It’s always in alphabet and numbers. Moreover, when ever you stop, you go through security before checking for your gate. If you’re coming to Canada and you’re going through Calgary, you’d see connecting flight and you’d have to fill a declaration form(asking about how many days you’d stay and if you’re addicted to any type of drug or so) then you show your boarding pass to any security and tell them to show you in the direction in which you can take your permit, you’d just follow the directions (always in letters) then you take your permit and give your declaration to another security agent, look for your gate again (like I explained ) and that’s it.
