I am from Baton Rouge and I like the way you guys discussed things about Whitney amongst yourselves, because some people are so shocked they cannot speak a word. I have even seen some people breakdown and have to be transported out of that place by ambulance. We are descendants of the strongest, most loving people the earth has ever seen. No group living today, or then could have lived through what our ancestors lived through on this earth.

It's so interesting seeing others visit the city I live in. P.S. The French Quarter is NOT the real New Orleans!! It's a tourist trap. The rest of the city does not have trolleys and restaurants at our every command. There's no clubs & we don't party every weekend. The roads are incredibly f*d up and the city only funds the white areas. I hope you had fun!! Come back for Mardi Gras you won't be disappointed😘💕

This was an emotional vlog but glad I watched it. One thing I now know is the reason why “some people” don’t want critical race theory taught is because they don’t want the upcoming generations to know the horrendous acts their ancestors did. They want to hide and shield them from it as it never happened. I think all people should do one of those slave tours so we know the real history and not the water down version some of us learned
