Hey Cleorinda, thanks for your question! Overall it was worth it. Pros: Room was nice, food was good, the hotel was really beautiful and nicely maintained, the pool and beach areas were beautiful. Cons: There were too many flies for me around the eating areas, customer service was inconsistent, no AC in the indoor buffet area. I felt like the pros outweighed the cons and the cons in my opinion are easy fixes with a some more attention.
