Kathleenymail, don't listen to anybody. if u want to go to Dubai, just go, u will never regret it. It's beautiful and its fun, I mean real fun. There are tons of activities to do everyday. I was there and my plan is to go back ending of this year. You will meet people from all over the world- Americans, Europeans, Asian, Africans, Everybody is there.

Most Beautiful Video of DXB Landing, ever seen by me. Most beautifully done by certainly a genuine professional of photography I love Dubai and was born and raised here. Just to revive the knowledge of all the viewers, the route flown by this EK 777 was like this: They came in from the Gulf of Oman and entered the UAE airspace over Khorfakkan's Al-Hajjar mountains, descending over Maliha road into mainland Sharjah, flying past over the buheirah Corniche, then taking a sharp left turn (almost a U turn) over the Persian Gulf, descending through Palm Deira Islands and final descnet across Dubai Hospital, Hor al Anz, Al-Hamriyah, Deira, Green line Metro of Al-Shaab colony and finally landing on runway 12 R of the Dubai International Airport.

Worst cases on long flights...is if your screen does not work...most of these flights would be fully booked so no where to switch...another would be a window seat...id like the freedom to get up and pee any time rather than looking at more sky..ive got sky at home

Dubai fab fab fab, but, i am not surprised that there tourist trade growth is zero, has anybody traveled through passport control and not had there passport thrown back at them, or traveled in a taxi without the driver complaining of to many tourists, it is a fabulous place and i love it, but there are many countries that make you more welcome. Beware Dubai !!
