She acts nice to us but we all know that she's just using the House of the Hearth to get what she wants. I can't wait till we are able to throw hands with her, whether it's for Furina's, Lyney's, Lynette's, and Freminet's sake. I don't trust her at all, she's shown in the story trailer that she cares nothing for the kids since she shoved them over in the form of cardboard.

Well if we're being honest if you believe that that action proves that she doesn't care about them didn't you fall for the act she was putting on. Keep in mind right after she pushes the cardboard cut-outs down we see the camera rotate around her with the fatui harbinger silhouettes all around as if they were the audience. Lyney spent the first part of the trailer talking about the fact that people get fooled by what they see and then Arlecchino pushes over their cardboard cutouts for a bunch of harbinger silhouettes playing it up for the audience. Instead of just going based off what you see and being mesmerised look at the bigger picture. With the foreshadowing from her and Lyney dialogue during the trailer does it make more sense that she's actually tricking the harbingers into thinking she doesn't care about the kids when she really does

“Father” is but a title of the one who owns the House of the Hearth, gained when she defeated it's old director. Arlecchino is also the "father" for the cares in a cold, fatherly way instead of a motherly way like Xianyun, per example. It is also said she is Father because the Tsaritsa would be the Mother, but I am not sure where this statement came from, so take it with a bit of salt.
