Awww thanks so much, we were already thinking the balloon ride was not going to happen even tho the weather seemed lovely for us but for the balloons was not 😂 but we made it at last and it was awesome, you did it too so you understand the feeling 😁 Prices now are cheaper because of the pandemic, during summer time we heard that there was a waiting list of a couple of days and prices would go up to 300usd 😅😅

Ooo.. it not sun rise yet? Last time i flew on the hot air balloon in Cappadocia, managed to watch sun rise while we flew and it so beautiful it seem like we can touch the ray of the sunrise.. maybe bcause the weather so cold the sun rise a bit late.

There are snow clouds in the sky, impossible to see the sun.In such gray weather the sun is not visible.

We were there in January 2021. The weather can’t be controlled do I guess you’ll have to go and see. I would book it for the 1 day/morning you can so there’s still chances to do it the next day or the next if the weather isn’t so good. We just turned up and booked it there and there was also the possibility of negotiating a price but this was during the pandemic still so a lot of things have changed we don’t know how busy it gets and if it’s better to book in advance or there.

they can steer using the wind, since the winds are not the same at different altitudes, they place the balloon on a particular altitude for a certain time to essentially "ride the wind" and then change the altitude to "ride" another one

Thank you so much, we won’t be going to Alanya this time unfortunately, we are going east and then north and then back to Istanbul. Turkey is so big and 90 days seems like a lot of time but it’s not 🙃 but we will return to Turkey again in the future to visit more places 😁

Too expensive for Turkish people :( Turkish lira losing value 1 dollar is currently 7.42 tl.so you are 7 times lucky than us.These numbers are very cheap for Europeans 1 Euro 9,05 tl .If this type of experience were in Europe I guess it would be 350 or 500 Euros.
