Its not kumquat, but its called kalamansi. Then that black jelly is called chin chow or glass jelly. They are made from the leave of chin chow plant you can goggle it to see how its made. Ther green chin chow and the black cincau (chin chow) those jelly are natural from the leave itself, not added.
